Paul Carnesecca - President / Chairman



Mr. Carnesecca's involvement with Cowboy World Enterprises brings over 40 years of business management experience including owning, operating, and managing his own companies. Since the early 1960's, Paul has been well known in the collection industry nationwide as a leader and a trusted professional. He has worked to develop and implement in-house and private label credit programs, has procured and implemented fully integrated A/R software systems that are unparalleled in the industry, and has refined billing procedure's and cycles used to develop factoring models. He has worked closely with legislative committees on collection laws and has been very instrumental in putting revenues back into the U.S. economy. His unique management, leadership and development skills have taken him to destinations all over the world as companies worldwide seek out his guidance, counsel and foresight. He is currently the Chairman of the Board for EPN, Inc.

Jessica Devenish - CFO



Being the only child in her family to only attend rodeos as a spectator since 1989, she knows about the dedication and commitment these athletes sustain. It is truly an amazing family sport as she's experienced her families friendships stretch across the nation as they traveled from High School Events, College, Intermountain Associations, Western States, Barrel Racing Associations and eventually the Professional Circuit. Now she supports her father's passion in roping with USTRC taking his grandchildren to begin the next generation of rodeo athletes.

Her involvement with Cowboy World Enterprises brings over 19 years experience in the payment processing industry, namely collections, credit card services and electronic check programs. Ms. Devenish started her own agency with her family in 1997.

Greg Torgerson - Vice President



Greg Torgerson has spent his entire life in the farming & ranching industry. He grew up in a small Utah community where hospitality, respect and home are valued. He has been in the beef cattle industry for over 8 years. He currently owns and runs a successful cattle ranch in the Fishlake National Forest region of Central Utah where owns 300 head of mother cows, has numerous more scattered in feedlots across the US & leases roping steers. His passion for life lies in horses & rodeo where he is an accomplished team roper in the Wilderness Circuit. He has been an associate with EPN for 4 years and has ownership in the Cowboy World Enterprise.

Matt Shiozawa



Matt Shiozawa is a well known professional Tie-Down Roper in the western industries and part owner of Cowboy Christmas Mall. He has competed and won in numerous rodeo associations throughout his life. Matt was raised in Chubbuck, Idaho until he was 15 years old and then moved to Logandale, Nevada to further his roping career. Matt attended Vernon College on a rodeo scholarship where he studied marketing and business. Matt joined the PRCA in 1999 and has qualified for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo going on 3 times this year. Last year he was the Reserve World Champion. Although rodeo is a major part of Matt's life, he is also an avid basketball and city league softball player. He enjoys working outdoors on different projects around his property in Chubbuck. Matt got married in April 2007 to his wife Ali. They are both very enthusiastic about the Cowboy Christmas Mall.

Nikki Gagner



With an emphasis in grassroots marketing and non-traditional sponsorships, Nikki has an extensive background in professional rodeo and the western lifestyle industry. Nikki has worked in public relations and as a marketing consultant with several rodeo associations and committees, as well as with several of professional rodeos elite athletes. During her tenure with the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, Nikki was responsible for organizing necessary communications between the PRCA membership and the PRCA's premier events, including the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo and PRCA Tour Finales. Most recently, Nikki served as the point person for new western lifestyle sponsors during several brand activation launch programs at rodeo based events.
